Snow, Sleet, Rain, Hail and Sunshine

I had planned to write a blog with a update on our lives after this week as we were supposed to be going back down to Children’s to see Avelines feeding team again. Unfortunately the little Frazier gals have been plagued with illness for the past 2 weeks. We thought we were out of it and on the upswing, until Aveline started with a tummy ache and fever. We called today and got our appointment moved to next Wednesday. Please be praying for healing and that no one else gets sick!

In other news, on April 19th Aveline had her first tube change, from her PEG to a button (it glows in the dark!!) She was a total rockstar even though it was a super painful procedure for her. Last Friday she also had a hearing test and passed it with no problem! Other than the illness of tummy viruses and bad colds we are doing well. Lying low and trying to recover and rebuild immune systems.

Also, did I mention the weekend before Avelines tube change we got 30 inches of snow in Sturgeon Bay?!?! Yup, you read that right, 30 inches! Lol we had rain, sleet, hail and snow that weekend, it was slicker than goat guts on a doorknob, it was blustery and deep! Then we arrived in Milwaukee and we got hit with a few inches while we were there! Lol talk about some crazy spring weather this year in Wisconsin, I guess they are sending us off with a big snow farewell!

My parents will be arriving next week to celebrate the girls birthdays! Hard to believe we will have a 2 and 4 year old on our hands!! It looks like we also found a house to rent in Washington as well. It is a little 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with a nice fenced in backyard for the girls and dog to enjoy! We had planned to rent an apartment, but this home was dropped right into Ryan’s work inbox by someone at his new unit. It was definitely an answer to prayers as houses are typically a little pricier to rent there. We are beyond excited! Still working out the fine details of the lease, but we should have signed paperwork and deposit mailed by the end of the week.

Lots of little and big things happening at the Frazier Frontier. We will continue to keep you updated on all things us!! Lol in the meantime we are trying to get out and enjoy the sunshine and warmth as much as possible!
